Hey, stay away from this company! They came to repair my boiler and left it improperly covered. I called them 13 times, but they refused to come back to close it properly. When I finally spoke to the manager, he said it wasn't supposed to be fully covered and told me that if I couldn't fix it myself, I should just leave it like that.

The issue is central heating comes up only when we keep the hot water ON. We called Zac and he came around to diagnose the issue and changed the actuator head during his first visit and kept the hot water and central heating ON and said the heating is up and running.We turned off the hot water and the heating went down. Called him again, we were asked to keep the hot water ON always for it to work. incorect diagnosis for his fee, did partial fix.called outanother gas engineer who sorted the communication b/w receiver and the port valves, changed both. Heating and hot water works independently.

We have had a number of issues with both our hot water and the heating system. Zac was able to find the root cause of the problem and went above and beyond to ensure it was completely fixed before signing the job off. Excellent service. I highly recommend AquaGas and would absolutely use again in the future.

Zac serviced my boiler today and what a gent he is. Whilst doing the service my dog Freddie wanted to help him and Zac said he was not a problem. Zac explained everything to me what he was doing and why. I cannot recommend him any higher than being brilliant, friendly and charming.
