Large extension 50sqm, 22sqm garage, footings, drainage, block and beam floor,block works and steels
Kevan brought the skill and experience necessary to execute phase one of the extension to the residential property and new garage. Kevan demonstrated significant experience in carrying out the required work. He was consistently punctual/reliable This was a large project which included a range of aspects: Removal of existing double garage Levelling of the existing garden Foundations and drainage for 50sqm extension Foundations for new garage 75 sqm of Block and beam flooring All block work completed up to roof height Installation of steel beams Installing two soak-away systems

Complete refurb of grade II listed cottage
A comprehensive plan of work was drawn up with a breakdown of all the costs. The work was carried out professionally and the builders started and finished each day promptly having tidied up after themselves. They were a pleasure to have around.

New house build
Kevan and his work force built my house to a high standard, work was completed to schedule. Very helpful, knowledgeable with lots of advice and ideas throughout the project. Made building my house stress free. Would definitely use again.

Building two new gables onto the back of an existing victorian brick house.
I was really impressed by the quality of Kevan's work. His brick work was absolutely magnificent, but he is also very versatile, so although his main task was to build walls and gables, he also laid drains, built a patio and erected a pair of double gates. Throughout his time here, Kevan was very hard working, always on time and got things done - to a constantly high standard. The job developed as it went along and Kevan always rose to the challenge. I cannot recommend him highly enough.
