Andrew was polite and courteous and explained thoroughly the options, risks and costs for both the window repair and replacement. Although no work was carried at this time, I appreciated his knowledge, advice and honesty and it gave me a clearer idea of how to progress.

We found Andrew to be very reliable, methodical and reasonably priced. He turned up each morning punctually and completed all of the work to a very high standard. The quality of the door that we ordered was very good and Andrew is FENSA registered so the door is also certified with FENSA and insured through the consumer protection association. FENSA also check the quality of the tradesman's work so the quality has to be of a high standard. I would have no hesitation in recommending Andrew to anyone who is looking to replace their door or have new cladding fitted.

Andrew was very pleasant and honest to deal with. He took the time to understand exactly what my needs and expectations were. His work is very thorough with a good attention to detail and for a reasonable price too. Definitely recommended.
