  Mantis were recommended to me for an old house I bought which required a LOT of work I mainly worked with Nathan snd Martin who are both very well skilled and very positive in the face of any challenges which the house offered a number of!! Communication has been excellent which is something hard to find with some tradesmen. Equally the integrity they bring to the role is key, when they say they are going to do something it’s done There were minimal issues, but if something needed fixing they were on it promptly. Really cannot recommend this company enough. After experiencing a few dishonest tradesmen before Mantis I did lose faith but these guys and their extended team have been a godsend!

  Full house repointing

  Nathan was communicative and supportive throughout the whole process from quote to completion. He made sure to pop round whilst the work was being done to ensure that we were happy with how things were going. His workman, John, was exceptional, working through storms and all sorts of elements, he's a credit to the company. At the end of the process, Nathan came and did a final walk around to be certain that we were happy with the work before taking payment, which we most certainly were. The photo I've included is during the process but you can see the difference between my house and next door

  Very knowledgeable and friendly

  Complete a damp proof course at my mother’s house. Where very knowledgeable and very friendly throughout. Had fantastic rapport with my mother who is vulnerable. Workmanship was extremely neat and they thoroughly tidied up after themselves. Would highly recommend.

  A Great Job Well Done by Mantis.

  I contacted the company to have some remedial work carried out on one of my walls and to have the house repointed. Over the years this had been neglected and was sorely in need of attention. As agreed they came round to inspect what work was needed and offered advice on what was required, explaining why they said what they said. Their quote came a few days later and was the best one that I had got out of the five companies I had contacted. They came to start the work when they said they would and all work was completed to a high standard. All the mess was cleared away as promised.

  Repointing external semi detached home

  Very pleased and satisfied with the work undertaken by Mantis R Ltd Nathan scheduled the work and cost within the timescale and budget I had expected. After work completed I was happy with the attention to detail on schedule, clearing the dusk and ensuring I was happy with the final look of the property. I would highly recommend.
