  Mark completed a total refit to my bathroom, all done to a high standard. He offered sound advice and solved issues with no problem. We are so pleased have asked him to do our cloakroom. Highly recommended.

  Fantastic service!

  I recently used M.A.Owens Property Services to refresh a bathroom and a wet room. Mark was so helpful from start to finish. Replaced taps, bath panels, decorated, removed a sink, fitted a vanity unit, laid new flooring, changed some of the plumbing, was really helpful with some of my choices, gave great advice and came up with ideas which I hadn’t thought of. An absolute star from start to finish and dare I say the tidiest trades person I have EVER used! Can’t recommend Mark enough! Thank you!

  En-suite and cloakroom fit outs

  Mark did a fantastic job of fitting out or en-suite bathroom and cloakroom. We are extremely happy with the high quality finish. Mark provided us with guidance from the outset around what materials to select and about what would work best within the space available. He also gave us ideas along the way about how best to achieve our desired outcomes. Mark has an excellent attention to detail and really cares about doing a good job. He was respectful at all times of being in our family home and he was very tidy. We would not hesitate in asking Mark to complete work for us again in the future.

  Complete new wet room

  Mark is a professional with an exacting attention to detail, always goes the extra mile! Mark helped me choose the best materials and units for my space and was very patient when I added a downstairs loo, change of basin !! My bathroom / walk in shower is stunning - thank you Stephanie H

  Complete re-fit of the downstairs cloakroom

  We've had Mark round to re-fit our family bathroom and our en-suite. So it was a 'no brainer' to have him back again to re-fit the downstairs cloakroom. Why Mark? His eye for detail is outstanding. You can ask him for ideas and I've asked him to let me know if he thinks something could be done differently. As I want to get it right and to have someone else's input that gets to see many different bathrooms designs is Invaluable.
