I cannot recommend MAP Electrical highly enough. From the initial quote to the final completion, the communication was superb. The electricians arrived on time, when understandably delayed it was always communicated ahead of time, were incredibly polite and professional throughout. Communicating through the day, the stages of work and cracking on. The quality of work was first-class. They solved a complex issue and the pricing was very fair. A feat these days to find this level of skill, professionalism and customer service. Great team, thank you. 5 stars!

The initial set up of the appointment was professional, with good communication thereafter. The electrician who carried out the work was very friendly, aiming to do the job efficiently. He understood the problem quickly & went out of his way to make a video for use by the next tradesperson who was due to attend to complete the non-electrical part of the job. Highly recommended.

As mentioned in my last review, 10/10 service, told me what bits I needed to buy and fitted it really quickly, and cleaned up afterwards. Will be getting Amrik and the team back to install cameras around the outside of the house soon!
