Dog door fitted into patio door, smooth and fluid, almost poetry in motion :)
Daniel and Rob arrived this morning, prompt, as arranged. They were friendly and efficent. Daniel was on the glazing almost immediately; he is adept and confident with his craft. In no time, patio door now sporting a dog door, beautifully fitted. The whole process from initial enquiry to the patio door now sporting a dog door, was smooth and fluid, almost poetry in motion. Fitting a replacement front door and blown double glazing windows
They visited the property to check what was required,the quote was given very quickly for the replacement of a front door and several blown double glazed windows.Once they had the door it was all replaced very quickly and efficiently.This is the second time I have used Maplecraft and would highly recommend them.

Repair to multiple windows on conservatory roof
From the first call, the team were prompt to quote and share how they would addrrss the issue we had, multiple windows had slipped significantly out of position. On the day, the team of two were both very communative in what the had to do and how they were going to approach the job. Access to my neighbours garden was needed, again they were proactive in their communication to them, ensuring the impact to them was minimal. Great job guys, we se you again for sure, just hopefully not too soon :-)

Called the office to report a door lock issue which was replaced by them 6 months ago. Was called back that day to arrange a time to come round. Lock sorted within 24 hours. Very polite as always. Great company.
