Great friendly professional company to deal with. Contacted them for a quote for a blown window, rear door panel and front and rear door adjustments and then Daniel attended the next day. Quote arrived in a couple of days, which I agreed with and happy with the cost. The had to get the Georgian window panel made up and returned to do the repairs within a 10 days. All repairs were carried as requested in an efficient professional manner by Daniel and his colleague. A truly professional and reliable team—highly recommended.

From first contact with Tony Dyer I felt that my problem could be fixed and when Alex and Daniel arrived to carry out the repair they were very professional as well as being respective of our home.

Maplecraft Windows removed an old patio door and windows and replaced with new pvc sliding patio doors. The end result was excellent and has made a huge difference to my home. I was extremely impressed with Tony’s (Maplecraft) professionalism and attention to detail. He is clearly passionate about his trade and for the customer this is highly valued. Even when there was a slight issue with the locking mechanism, Tony dropped everything and came round immediately to resolve the issue. I cannot recommend Maplecraft Windows highly enough for anyone wishing to enhance their home.

The company came out very quickly and assessed what work would need doing. They emailed a quotation within 2 days which we were more than happy with. As soon as I bought some handles I contacted Daniel to arrange for him to come round and fix our problems. He and a colleague were round within 2 days and sorted several issues we were having and serviced our doors and runners. They recommend a couple of products to clean and maintain our bifold doors and handles. Very prompt, friendly and professional, would highly recommend.
