We are very sorry that you are unhappy with our service and would like to apologise for not being able to complete the work in the time required.
Unfortunately we were unable to complete the work as the doors that were supplied were the wrong size for the openings. Therefore as it's the Christmas period and very busy time for us, we were unable to rebook you in for the allocated time you required.
We would be more than happy to rebook the job for the new year providing the door supplied are correct.
