    Repair of broken marble slab

    We have a marble slab that sits on our sink. It broke in half. Nicolae did a superb job of repairing it. This is the second time that I have used him. A large chip in our marble bath was invisibly mended. He is polite and punctual. He responds speedily to emails and texts. Faultless service.

    The corner of a piece of marble was chipped badly on delivery and the repair work was amazing! You can’t see the damage at all. I can’t highly recommend their services enough!

    Yale lock and 5 lever mortice lock replaced

    The estimate was based on the photos of the door and the Locks. The work was carried out on time, to a high quality. There was an issue that had not been apparent in the photos, however, that was dealt with without any fuss. The quote was honoured and the work well executed with a full explanation of the work and the assurance of future support should it be required. I will recommend Identical Security to others.

    Very helpful and obliging with excellent result on my floor which i had neglected for too long. The result is a beautifully restored floor which i know how to care for. Nick was very considerate and even came to put in the exact colour silicone that i wanted which was above and beyond the job. I highly recommend him.

    Limestone patio bench and kitchen worktop repair

    Nicolas did a great job, repaired and cleaned/sealed a badly cracked limestone bench, also other miscellaneous chips on sandstone coping stones, mended a chipped kitchen worktop and secured and re-epoxied a join on same worktop. He was very easy to deal with, fairly priced, polite, honest and professional. Would definitely recommend.

    Restoring kitchen marble floor tiles

    Nicolae and his colleague did a fantastic job, replacing stained grout with resin and polishing down - making our battered kitchen floor look brand new! Stuck to the quoted amount even when the job took longer than expected and came back immediately to fix an air pocket in one area of resin. We would absolutely have Nicolae back again for next time our floor needs restoring and thoroughly would recommend him.
