    A fantastic job! Mark and Dan were superb. The installation took most of the day but our house was left spotless! We are delighted with our new alarm system. It was an absolute pleasure to deal with two professionals who knew their stuff and were so very friendly!

    Mark obtained the replacement light we needed and gave prompt and friendly service. He explained why the previous fitting had failed and took steps to prevent this happening in future.

    Mark completed a thorough assessment of the houses electrical wiring. He was courteous from the beginning of the process and continued in this manner. The report that was produced was explained and the advice that was given was fair and justified. We will be contacting Mark again in the near future to carry out and complete the necessary work on our house.

    Mark came and did a full survey of the condition of my wiring and as expected it needed the electrics upgrading with a new fuse board and new sockets around the house putting things right that were not a good standard. Mark put things in that I wanted and advised on what was right and the best way to do things. He arrived as stated and was very clean. Nothing was too difficult and he even changed something that I originally wanted but when done I thought differently. I would recommend Mark whole heartedly.

Hi, My name is Mark. I'm a retired senior police officer and now proud owner & sole trader of MAR Electrical specialising in the Design, Installation & Maintenance of domestic electrical installations.

Prior to joining the police service I served a four year apprenticeship with the Midlands Electricity Board, qualified as an electrical engineer and was employed as an electrician for over 11 years.

Having requalified as a "Domestic Installer", I've been employed on numerous jobs over the past few years including:

  • new build projects,
  • full and part rewires,
  • extensions
  • and much more besides.

I'm trustworthy, hard working and tidy. All work is fully insured, certificated and accredited.
