This gentleman was one of the first locksmiths, but unfortunately, his price for the work was a little bit high, . He was exhibiting great customer service.

They were reasonably priced and super efficient! They were fixing my patio doors within 3hrs of ringing. The patio doors wouldn't close properly and they even resolved my broken locks for me. They were very respectful, tidy and cheerful guys to have in my home, a job well done. Thank you!

I had an emergency as the front door of the property was broken Contacted quite a few tradesperson on checkatrade and all were saying they can come after 2 days? Mario Carpenter was wonderful he responded to the advert and was nearby and went to the property within an hour . He was very professional and advised me correctly that a new fire door was need etc He gave an estimate for the works which was agreed and works completed He communicated throughout and was ver good , arrived promptly , works completed in a day and left premises clean Highly recommend Mario

Mario is a great person with all the skills and tools the carpenter should have to deliver excellent work. Easy communication, quality of work is this what Mario provides, I was very impressed from the beginning of the project to the end and definitely recommend Mario’s services
