Work: New Banister, staircase spindles, fit 9 doors. The work Mark did whilst here, was good, he was punctual, tidy, friendly, no issues at the time. However, after leaving us on 5 Feb, with several finishing off bits to do we've not seen him since. Annoyingly we paid the day he left (how foolish were we). Since then, communication has been extremely poor, we had replies at first but he hasn't replied to any text since 16 Mar (we can see he has read them). Our hallway is left unfinished, with bits still to complete. This is preventing us moving on with decorating. Just RUDE not replying!

Mark has excellent skills and takes real pride in his work. I highly recommend him. He is very punctual and I will definitely be using him again.
