Kept not turning up and the excuses were laughable and wouldn't answer calls or messages. Having paid deposit for 3 day job where we supplied plants/artificial grass, we were shocked to be asked (night before last start date) to pay £800 upfront before they would do any work. He hadn't bought any materials and we were not sure they would ever come back, offered to pay 50% next day when half job done, and then pay rest when finished - he refused that, walked off site said would return deposit but now refusing. Going to small claims court - avoid at all costs.

Would not recommend time keeping very poor. Did not do what I asked so had to come back and redo work. Many delays and poor excuses as to why he couldn’t complete the job in a timely manner. Very disappointing service from someone who claims to be a professional

Mark and Luke worked diligently for the whole day. They were very professional and pleasant throughout. They made sure that they cleaned up very well after a long day’s work. We were very pleased with the result and can highly recommend them.

We needed the fence up asap due to our puppy escaping into next doors garden. I called Mark and explained the situation, he gave me his next available date which was two weeks away. Very thankful to Mark as his diary was already packed. Mark and the team delivered above expectations; the new fence puts the existing ones to shame. Mark really does go above and beyond, unfortunately one of the capping boards wasn’t up to scratch and Mark refused to use it, meaning he would need to return the following day to complete the job. I have found honesty to be important and Mark will not let you down.
