Reliable experienced tiler
Mark did an excellent job laying our kitchen floor. He listened carefully to what we wanted and offered useful advice and recommendations throughout the project. He was polite, helpful, professional, and always happy to answer questions. Mark was punctual, reliable, and kept us updated at every stage. He worked in a tidy manner and left everything clean when the job was finished. The quality of his workmanship is excellent, and we are delighted with the finished result. What a pleasure having mark complete main bathroom tiling. From start to finish Mark kept me updated all the time with a very reasonable quote and an excellent finish. A few problems came up along the way but Mark sorted them. 10/10 for service If only there were more of marks around

Great communications
I found Mark through Checkatrade after seeing his excellent reviews and strong professional reputation. From my very first interaction with him, his communication was so strong. He was clear about when he could realistically fit me into his schedule and transparent about the cost from the outset, which I really appreciated. In the period leading up to the job, he kept in touch to confirm arrangements and messaged the evening before to confirm his arrival time. Mark arrived exactly when he said he would and carried out the sealant work professionally. I would be very happy to employ Mark again
