My back garden wall fell down 2 weeks ago, the security of my house is compromised, I thought using Checkatrade would help me find a builder urgently. Mark arrived the next day, assessed the work and said he would send a quote. 6 days passed and no quote so I text him to ask if he had put one together and he said he would text me later. I didn’t hear from him again. It’s really unprofessional that builders see fit to not respond, even with a simple decline. He could have told me that day that he didn’t want the job and given me an extra week to find someone instead of waiting around for him.

Mark has done a great job of repairing the rending work and also fixed the flat roof for me while he was there. Very tidy and the finished job looks great. I would definitely recommend Mark.

I don't always gush online, but OMG we couldn't be happier. We were a bit pressured by time so we were extremely lucky that he managed to fit us in in between jobs, because everything was spot on! From the information given during the initial discussion, the quote we were given, to the actual work. Also, everybody says that plastering gets everywhere, but I am absolutely amazed of how tidy he managed to keep everything. I would, and probably will, 100% recommend Mark to anyone that will ever need any construction work done.

Mark's quote was very reasonable. He arrived on time, and took on extra work on the day. His work is top quality and cleaned all the areas when finished. Great work!

Mark repaired and plastered the ceiling to an excellent standard. Prior to doing the work, he had initially traced and repaired the leak; on the same day that I had contacted him! Excellent service and highly recommended.
