Booked after a recommendation, lovely man so booked confidently. Unfortunately this job was not completed by Mark Bulgin but out sourced by him The job was shoddy. Tiles were chipped and the general finish was bad. The water tank was faulty but Mark Bulgin stopped answering calls and replying to emails.

Mark Has done an amazing job. It has been a long project with several unexpected problems that old houses are prone to, but nothing has phased Mark. He dealt with every issue, working out solutions and kept me informed of what was happening. He has been easy to contact and easy to talk to; I can't praise him highly enough. The standard of his work is excellent and I now have a beautiful house to enjoy living in. Thank you Mark and Adam and all the team.

Mark project managed from start to finish my old tatty barn into a new salon. It’s amazing!

Replaced a water damaged bathroom floor and repainted water damaged downstairs ceiling. I contacted Mark over messenger and he visited my home and provided a quote that was in-line with the insurance estimate the same day. He provided temporary flooring to make the bathroom safe to use while the work could be scheduled (timings were difficult over Christmas/NY). He was very punctual, polite, professional and did the work exactly as required.

Wow what can I say Mark did a fabulous job - the weather was against him the whole way it rained/poured almost daily but he ploughed on even in to the darkness to get the job completed to a very high standard-concrete base perfectly level and the doorway was inside and out - plastering skills are awesome - honest reliable and trustworthy not many builders like this around now! I’ll certainly be returning when I need more jobs!

I would highly recommend this company, we had quotes from other builders but this company have continually gone over and above on everything, they went out of their way to source materials and were happy to liaise with other companies. They had extensive knowledge and explained everything in such detail that we were filled with confidence.
