Completed work to high standard
Mark removed our warm air system and install central heating in every room. The quote was reasonable and he was able to start the work immediately. He was always on time, cleaned up well, and completed the work to a high standard. He helped me through text the next day so I could connect my Hive system too. I had to wait quite a while for the next stage of work to be carried out but that was because his colleague was so busy, but he did that work to the same standard when he could. Reliable heating engineer who we have used regularly.
Mark has looked after our heating system for many years and always does a great job. Leaking Boiler repair
Mark has been coming to service, install and repair our boilers for the past 15 years. Mark is ALWAYS reliable, his pricing is honest (as low as possible!) and repairs and installations are completed to a very high standard. This time our old boiler was leaking. I e-mailed Mark on Sunday night, he came over on Monday, ordered replacement parts the same day and all was fixed soon after. Would I recommend him? I contacted Mark for quite an urgent visit, he was very responsive and came to do some immediate investigative works. Unfortunately we needed a new boiler, which Mark was able to do in a timely manner. His communication was great, his advice was sound, he was professional and reasonably priced.
