He come the next day as he said. in the trade world many people say they can do stuff and never turn up , it was good to see someone who was willing to help and not leave a family without a cooker moving into a new property .he conducted all the certification asked for over the phone . Quick and prompt response despite main point of contact being abroad on leave. Employee was timely, responsive and professional when on site. No complaints. Minor note would be to get more clarity of price of service, but this was more on me than the business.
