  Great, reliable workmanship

  We got our kitchen units installed. Quality and tidiness was definitely great. Richard helped us though some complications (like incorrect size unit that had to be replaced) without changing the price and keeping it courteous all the way from the first interaction to the last.

  We were recommended Markland Renovations by Howdens. We met Richard Hills on site, and were immediately impressed with his relaxed attitude, his extensive building knowledge, and original ideas with regard to the work we wanted carried out at our property. The standard of workmanship was outstanding and we couldn't be happier with the completed works. We highly recommend Markland renovations for their hard work, attention to detail and competitive pricing

  Fitting new kitchen, bathroom and utility room.

  Markland Renovations transformed our new home, swapping the existing bathroom and kitchen and fitting a utility room. We bought the utility and kitchen from Wren; Rich and Reuben fitted them and have worked with other brands. They were efficient and respectful of our home, and great with advice which saved us money in certain areas. Naturally little extras came up along the way but they managed to fit these in too for additional costs, or refer us to another expert. Very happy with their work- we’ve had them back since to do other jobs, and will do for future projects. Highly recommended.

  Complete refurb of a 1 bedroom flat, new kitchen and bathroom installation, flooring and decoration
