    Mark is the definition of a professional. At each stage of the works he was knowledgable, willing and considerate. The quality of the work produced was exceptional. A special mention of the way Mark conducted himself while carrying out the work - not only was he always on time, he communicated at all key points, he was conscious we were working at the same time and he cleaned down every day. Apart from the actual carpentry you couldn't tell anyone had been working in our home!

I pride myself on the high quality of my work, and strive to undertake projects in a friendly, professional manner. I respect the fact I am in someone else's home, and leaving it in a clean, tidy state is of the utmost importance.
