Mark come back to our second project. He previously skimmed the celings. Needed skimming around 2 french doors. 2 doors removed.Needed 1 doorway boarding up &other making good.We talked about what we wanted and he was happy to do. Pictures was sent and price given. He spent 4 1/2 hours before saying, would need to come back tomorrow and increase the price by £180. His words as he left was, I would have to do a bit of sanding. After painting celing couldn't believe the appalling state he left it in, as well as doorway. Very disappointed will not be asking him to come back for last project
