I can highly recommend Mark One Building as he picked up some incomplete work up from another builder. Completed all the work in one day at short notice too. Can’t fault any aspects of his work and left the area clean and tidy when finished. Can’t thank Mark and Bruce enough for what they have done. Got his number on speed dial now for any future work. I can’t recommend Mark from Mark One Building Services enough. He built my kitchen extension, downstairs WC and study, and the whole process was completely stress-free. He handled all contact with Wolverhampton City Council and kept everything running smoothly. As I live alone, he was very considerate about safety, which I really appreciated. Mark is honest, personable and helped me stay within budget while making informed choices. The quality of work is exceptional. I’ve recommended him to colleagues, and my parents are now using him too.

Mark and his team converted our garage into a bedroom and installed a WC room under our stairs. Mark was helpful, flexible, reliable and considerate, as were all the tradesmen he engaged during the project, and he completed the project in a timely fashion and to a high standard. We recently had a downstairs rear extension and garage conversion completed, which included a new kitchen, utility room, and downstairs shower room, and we couldn’t be happier. The whole of downstairs (kitchen, living room, entry hall) and upstairs bathroom needed a complete rebuild following an extensive flood. The walls were back to brick and the floor gutted. Mark quoted and completed an excellent job throughout the whole house. A new kitchen suite, bathroom suite were fitted. Every wall was plaster boarded and plastered, with a require where required. Each room was then decorated back to a high standard. Throughout the work, Mark explained every bit of work, and was ALWAYS available to chat and give updates. A stressful situation was handled professionally.
