Repositioning and fitting a bathroom window and fitting 3 other windows
Mark was professional throughout. Worked quickly and efficiently completing everything to a high standard. Ensured there was minimal disruption to the house while works carried out. Kept all areas clean and tidy. Kept us informed of what was going on. There was one delay during the works but he notified us of this in advance. Nice chap too.

Guttering repair
We had a long-standing problem with the front guttering where it joined our neighbour's. We have a semi-detached house and, whilst we had half-round guttering, our neighbour had square guttering. Where the two joined had always been a problem with leaking. It had always been assumed that it was because it was because two different types of guttering joined. Mark had done work for us before and we have always found him to be diligent and a perfectionist. He soon isolated the problem and, with our neighbour's co-operation, rectified the problem, using the existing guttering.

Re-Decorated Entire Home
We were so pleased with previous work Mark had done that we didn't hesitate to contact him again for our re-decoration project. Mark undertook all aspects of redecorating in our home, the standard of finish and professionalism is second to none. Would highly recommend for any building/decorating works.

Side extension – single storey : 5*
Mark undertook quite a large job for us beginning of this year. From quoting through to completion Mark I cannot recommend him enough. He is a professional builder with skills developed over many years. Firstly his friendliness and professionalism during quoting was outstanding. He was very competitive price wise. Secondly his communication through the build was fantastic - if there were any issues, noise etc he would always pre warn us and keep us more than updated. Lastly the standard of his work is just outstanding. We are beyond pleased and even used him for re-decoration. 5*

Plastered ceilings and decoration.
Mark is very professional. His plastering and wallpapering is outstanding. He also painted my flat and hung curtain rails and some wall art. He is courteous and very knowledgeable about all aspects of building works. Even helped me sort out the right type of windows with me. His pricing is fair. I am so pleased with the work he did.
