I’m reluctant to have to leave a review like this (and if it’s resolved, I will consider taking it down) but I am currently left with little choice. I called about a leaking tap, I have had to pay for 3 visits (because he ordered the wrong part) and 2 months later the problem is still not fixed, it’s only been made worse. I was told Mark would come back and complete the job but has now ignored all communication for several weeks. I’m significantly out of pocket and the leak is getting worse. This is a really appalling lack of professionalism all round and really disappointing.

Mark Plumber was able to fit around my availability and was efficient at identifying the problems. He purchased appropriate replacements and fitted them with no fuss. I am very happy with his service.

Needed some outdoor waste water pipes replacing as well as a new syphon installed to one of our toilets. Posted the job on Checkatrade and Mark got in touch instantly. Provided a fair quote and came round a couple of days later to sort out my issues. I was impressed with Mark’s attitude (professional and polite) and the time and care he took to carry out the repairs. He didn’t rush his work and was patient as I made sure everything was in order. I’d be happy to use Mark Plumber again.

Homefix were very efficient. The plumbers were quick, tidy and friendly.
