Fitting new boiler
An excellent job well done.
Fault diagnosis and new combi boiler and heating installation
Superb service from Mark Smith Plumbing after heating failed in a very cold period. After initial phone call to them, next day diagnosis of faults and new LPG combi installation started within 5 working days, including sourcing new boiler and all parts. Delighted with our new heating system and so grateful to have a warm house and water again. Their staff (James, Jack, Max, Sarah, Greg and Mark) have been prepared to go 'the extra mile' for us, have been extremely helpful and polite. They’re a major credit to themselves and to Mark Smith Plumbing. Glowing recommendation thoroughly deserved.

Boiler Replacement
I can't rate this team high enough. We had an old boiler that need replacing and Sarah got us booked in nice a quickly. The team of guys that came out to do the work were brilliant. Very courteous, cleaned up after themselves and kept me in the loop of what they were doing. Will recommend this company to anyone who needs work doing. Thank you for all your help.
Replace AAV and PRV Replaced Schrader core and recharged vessel Boiler service
Great customer service and when the job was being completed. Questions answered clearly and explained to someone who doesn't understand boilers, plumbing and heating! Would highly recommend them. Used them for servicing and one other job prior to this. I am glad to have a company I can trust.
