Mark helped us with loft extension and the work was carried out with absolute professionalism and quality. Mark took care of the entire project end to end without we having to intervene for anything. The quality of work can be compared to a piece of art, so much so that almost all my friends and neighbours who have seen the loft couldn’t stop praising. Mark is absolutely trustworthy and operates with utmost integrity so we were assured throughout the project. Also as a person Mark is an absolute gentleman. Pleasure to have Mark onboard and my highest recommendation without any hesitation.

Mark has been a Godsend to us and made the whole process of getting a new roof done on my Great Aunts house as stress free as possible. He was sympathetic to my aunts needs who has dementia and keep in contact constantly, providing photos and updates on an almost daily basis which provided us with utmost reassurance. Mark even liaised with the neighbours regarding the scaffolding and dealt with their concerns regarding noise etc. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Mark and his team who did a fantastic job.

We have used Mark’s service earlier for laying a new roof and this time for building garden outhouse which involved removing existing shed. The work was completed on time as promised with excellent quality. Entire building process was smooth as Mark took care of everything without the need for us to intervene. Quality of Mark's work speaks on it's own as anyone who has seen our garden outhouse has only words of praise making it one of the key attractions of our house. In summary, Mark is an absolute gentleman with expert building skills, whom I would recommend to anyone.

Very reliable and always on time. All work completed to a high quality. He even returned to do the little finishing jobs. Helped us out with some other minor jobs which weren’t on the quote. Mark even let our dogs out during the day. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

I spoke to loads of Roofers before choosing Mark Talbot to do our re-roofing project. The project was done with the utmost quality and professionalism complying to the latest standards for the best possible price (It was not a simple re-roofing, we have 4 skylight windows). The output is quite impressive (dry ridge, fibre glass jointing for the valley, multiple layers for flat roofs, the list goes on ) and we are extremely happy with his work, so we have asked him to take on extra home improvements work. If you are after a quality builder and an experience roofer, don't look elsewhere.
