Paul Williams diagnosed my long term leak as fixed. My tenant's three young children had to endure rain water dripping in their lounge for another five months (leak since late 2018) including over Christmas. He put this claim in writing, quote 'the flue in my opinion is clearly the reason for the leak traversing through the flat 5 cavity into flat 3.' My Freeholder used this letter to argue the leak was fixed meaning I had to pay £1,200 for the leak souce to be identified. How dare he put this claim in writing. He did not check in the flat that the leak was fixed. Cruel! Contact me Paul

As it turned out the problem was such an easy fix as pop up plug in bath had become unscrewed and was letting water leak under the bath and through the floor into downstairs kitchen.
