Had my roof repaired and re‑pointed by this tradesman, and the work is excellent. He turned up on time, was polite and tidy, and explained exactly what needed doing. The finish looks very good and he made sure everything was left clean and safe afterwards. Fair price too — I’d happily recommend him to anyone needing roofing work done properly.

The execution and workmanship on this project was completely unacceptable. The work resulted in significant damage to our kitchen ceiling due to them coming through (we understand accidents happen, however they came through twice & dropped numerous heavy items over the roof and through the hole) we now have a roof that holds water, drainage is non existent and just looks horrific and requires a full replacement. Furthermore, drug paraphernalia was left inside our home. Despite promises, weeks have passed without the agreed refund or any further communication. We have reported this matter to TS

Came out to assess what work was required and actually went up to roof to assess (unlike two other tradespeople who came), provided quote the next day at very reasonable price. Arranged a day to do the work that same week, but actually managed to fit us in even earlier. Unfortunately, more work required than originally thought, but was very open and honest about it and provided good price very promptly for additional work. Communication very good throughout and work was very professional, even taking care to avoid lawn as requested. Would highly recommend.

Marley Roofing was called in to replace the entire asphalt felt cover on our roof. The works , including a new skylight glass has just been completed with grate satisfaction. John, the company main contact with the roofing company was brilliant from the start , from inspection to over all completion. He advice us what is needed to be done, send in the quotations. No time waster. The works was completed to the standard we expect. We were giving guarantees, which were all stated in the invoice and final bill.

John came out to us to inspect our roof. Where he (and so did 2 other inspectors) identified that, while the tiles are good, the felt lining had significantly deteriorated. John was helpful and professional throughout giving us useful information on timescales and work requirements. We decided to go ahead with the work, which was done over 3 days. His team was helpful and courtious and cleaned up all the mess afterwards. They also gave a 15 year guarantee on the roof. Thanks for the great work on our roof.

Had some rain damage with pitched roof. John and his team did a wonderful job to replace the whole roof dispite horrible weather conditions they were on time and dedicated to the job. I was kept up to date with everything with the process photos and video footage was taken and if I had any issues (which I didn't) i only had to ask. My husband and I are really pleased with the end result and would whole heartedly recommend John and his Team (Marley Roofing & Building) Thanks John
