  2 storey infill extension and total house refurbishment

  I genuinely cannot recommend MCS highly enough. Dale was fantastic to deal with - he takes his business very seriously and goes over and above to ensure he delivers to a high standard. All costs were clearly detailed and any additions we requested were discussed and agreed in advance. Communication throughout the project was excellent and Dale always had suggestions/solutions for any issues which inevitably cropped up during a job of this size. The whole team are hardworking and professional and I always had total confidence that the end result would be amazing - and it is!

  Loft conversion

  This was a huge job, requiring the removal of the roof. Dale from Marshall Carpentry has a real eye for detail, and ensures high quality build and carpentry. He is a great communicator, and kept us informed of any delays that had been caused by various COVID and Brexit manufacturing and delivery problems. Dale helped with advice and design tweaks, and was reassuring when we discovered some issues with the architect drawings. Dale creatively sorted out what could have been a major setback. One small criticism, competing demands of other jobs led to a few correctable errors. Highly recommended.

  Single story extension replacing existing conservatory

  Dale and his team were a pleasure from start to finish. We had unfortunately done our garden before deciding to do our extension. However, the team went over and beyond to protect the decking and grass ensuring minimal damage. There was always good communication of timelines and what work was being done each week. Even with the delays faced with shortage of materials, Dale always ensured the job kept progressing in other ways whilst awaiting delayed elements. During the whole build our neighbors commented on the politeness and cleanliness of the builders and the worksite. Highly recommend!!

  First floor extension and loft conversion

  An extension can be an intimidating task to undertake. Its a substantial amount of money and you're completely beholden to the builder you choose. From the outset Dale was superb with his communication and always found the time to take us through his plans. He managed the entire process, coordinated all elements, dealt with the inevitable hiccups that arose, and was clear and open with additions. We found him to be fair, honest and helpful. Cannot recommend him enough.

  Single and part double story extension

  Dale and Marshall Carpentry services team were amazing, the work started on time and build to plan. Nothing was ever too much, was kept up to date with every step of the way. Work is amazing and love our extension!!

  Wall knocked through in Kitchen.

  5* Would highly recommend. Reliable, clean and tidy and very professional. Having used several trades for the variety of work we have had done in our home, this company definitely stands out. In hindsight we should have used them to complete all aspects of the work. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.
