We were very pleased with the timing and detail of the report, and the communication was fantastic. Ben managed to work to our tight timelines whilst producing a thorough report complete with lots of images. It was clear time and care was taken in undertaking the survey. We had a follow up call the day after which was very helpful. The quality of the service and report was far above what we have experienced with previous homebuyers surveys. Ben and Tom were great from the start. Recommending a pre-purchase survey best suited to our needs (RICS L2), they were available within a matter of days from our request, given a last-minute opening to perform the survey. The report produced was promptly received, but was really detailed. It had photos from throughout the property (including drone shots of the roof), and summarised the actions for attention clearly.
