I am very disappointed with the recent service. I was promised a guarantee for the roof work, but the company has failed to provide both the guarantee and the paperwork for the completed job as agreed. Initially, I was told they do not normally issue paperwork, but they eventually agreed to send it by Friday. I did not receive it on Friday and contacted them on Saturday, at which point they claimed it was ready and promised to send it. When it still didn't arrive, I contacted them again on Tuesday and was told it would be sent within the hour. It still has not arrived.

Full tiled roof replacement including structural work plus an additional flat roof. The on-site team were both hardworking and skilled, and completed the job quickly to a very high standard. Communication during the project was also good and I’m very pleased with the end result. The tiled roof looks great and is of high quality. They fixed minor snagging items on the day of completion which was impressive. Happy to recommend Marshall Roofing And Building based on the quality of the workmanship, speed of project delivery, overall outcome, plus how tidy they left everything afterwards.
