Mel was amazing, kept me updated throughout the 3 days of visiting. Showed me the extent of the problem and was clear about going forward.
The job turned out bigger than initially thought and so was my quote but it was understandable. All work was done as explained and very happy with the outcome.
Tidy working and went beyond what was expected at the beginning. Only down side was time issues but as a weekend luckily I was able to accommodate. Would definitely contact Mel in the future if I need to. Fingers crossed I don’t.
