Kitchen/diner renovation
We had James and his team renovate the rear of the house by removing the supporting wall between the old kitchen and living room to make a lovely open kitchen entertaining area. They also opened the rear wall and installed steels to accommodate new bifold doors the whole length of the house. The guys were extremely efficient and tidy as we lived in the house during the build. I would definitely recommend James and his team to anyone looking at home improvements.

James and team do great work and are polite and professional. Builders always kept us informed around process and we're flexible with minor changes during the project. High quality workmanship. I would recommend them to anyone in the South West London Area.

House renovation
James and his team completed 2 renovations including stripping and respraying our kitchen, fitting a new bathroom, fitting a new boiler and extensive redecorating. The quality of the work was good and James and his team were very reliable. The time to complete the work was underestimated, however they were dedicated to finishing the job. Would absolutely recommend.

Installing new kitchen and adding a downstairs toilet, refurbishing decking on balcony
James and his team were professional, timely and courteous. There work was good quality and James made sure we were kept updated at all times. I thoroughly recommend working with James and his team on any building projects you may have!

Kitchen and bathroom
James and his team fitted a new kitchen and bathroom for us. We had a few hick ups as our kitchen designer got the measurements wrong, but after a few alterations his team managed to correct it to fit perfectly. I highly recommend these guys, quality of work was superb.

House refurbishment
James met us at our project in Surrey, he was punctual, polite and well prepared. His team of 4 that completed the work were also courteous with the property and tidied up to an impressive standard each day. We had a full house refurbishment that took around 12 weeks. The attention to detail really stood out with there work. I would recommend Martin co construction to anyone looking for fine workmanship.
