Fitting RSJ
Martin broke our Patio doors and floor tiles during the work and after promising to get the damage repaired he disappeared after payment refusing to return. He does not appear to have any insurance.

As I have previously explained already I have had to retire from work due to ill health the customer is aware of this so I'm not sure why they have been unkind As I have said I no longer trade or work ???

Repairing a wall and creating a new raised patio
Brilliant team, who worked to budget and timescales will use again for other project's. Left site clean and tidy.

Kitchen refurbished
Martin created a family room by combining my kitchen, utility room and dining room. It was a project I had requested from previous builders who said it wasn’t possible as it involved installing rsj joists, but Martins attitude was very can do. His ethos was “ it’s just building” which was very refreshing. From the start of the works Martin and his team were very punctual, but what suprised me the most was how clean the site was. I have never experienced such clean workers, from demolition, plastering, electrics and plumbing- the site cleanliness was brilliant. Highly recommended. Thank you

Garden room
Martin constructed a garden room for me for as an add on to my conservatory. He made it from a pressure treated timber with a polycarbonate roof to allow me to use in the rain. It is Completely waterproof and he even fitted an outdoor carpet! The men were a lovely team , punctual and friendly and extremely helpful. I would highly recommend Martin and his gang.

New drive for disability access wider door access hand rails.
This building company is more than happy to go that extra mile . Cleaned up after them on time open and ready to help and fully explain things in layman's terms. Martin the owners is a true gentleman and easy to talk to highly recommended this wonderful helpful Person's company.
