Waste removal was fine, but I was charged more than I was invoiced. On checking, apparently the invoice was a 'quote invoice' and there's a second invoice they've never sent. They also said I'd been told the final cost when the clearance guys didn't say and had just said the office would call to confirm - which they didn't. Don't go ahead with the work until they've been round and you've got a quote in writing! I thought sending multiple photos, written descriptions and discussing on the phone would be enough, and that checking the invoice would be enough to know what I'd then be charged.

Wow. These guys were incredible. The whole process of booking and paying was seamless. Such a reasonable price as well as I really didn’t want a skip sitting in the drive for weeks on end. Will definitely use Martin’s Waste again

Used Martins to clear a rubble pile after my extension, the builder couldn't get a skip in time and I wanted it gone quickly, we phone them got a price estimate, they came the next day cleared everything away and the price was great! Will use everytime I need some rubbish gone
