Excellent customer service listened to what i wanted and came up 100% to my expectations . Very reasonably priced for the quality, finish and materials.

We used Martin West to fit wardrobes in our dressing room and guest bedroom, and a bar area in our living room. We are really happy with all rooms. We worked closely with Morgan to carefully plan and make the most of the spaces involved and he (and Rocky in respect of the bar area) guided us through the process which helped to take away any stress involved. In terms of the actual installation, it was smooth and the guys who were with us for 3 days were helpful and attentive. Overall, we were super impressed with the quality and service and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend & use them again.

We’re very happy with our wardrobes that were installed recently. Morgan was really helpful throughout the process, and the installation team was professional and efficient. They completed the installation in a single day and left everything clean and tidy afterwards. The wardrobes were custom-made to fit our high ceilings perfectly, and the quality is excellent. Overall, it was a great experience, and we’d definitely consider using them again in the future.

We used Martin West creations to design and fit our bedroom. Our first visit to the showroom was very welcoming. We had very specific requests and this was all fulfilled together with extra ideas from the designers which made the functionality and design even better which was fantastic. The fitters were very courteous and tidy and went the extra mile to help us with anything we needed. The fitting was completed to schedule with a pre-installation review, which was very reassuring. We would highly recommend them.

I had wardrobes fitted by Martin West Creations in November 2024, and nearly eight months later, I’m still chasing them to resolve major defects. Despite countless emails and assurances, the issues remain unresolved. Problems included: Vinyl scraping off corners of doors Handle-less doors too shallow to grip properly Scratches on door interiors Gaps in panels and unsealed frames Installation done improperly on thick carpet underlay Missing access hatches for sockets If you’re looking for high-quality workmanship and reliable service, look elsewhere. This company has wasted months of my time.
