Unreliable as Martrix Limited made appointments then cancelled the job twice last min.

Workmen arrived on time very polite and when job was explained investigated and realised it was a false alarm took photos to clarify situation and conveyed situation simply so honestly and courtesy were impeccable thoroughly recommend this company

Overall excellent! Martin turned up on time, in fact he to took time to contact me again 40 mins before agreed time to say he was on his way and would be here. Initially, I was anticipating him to just size up the job as it was a Friday afternoon but to my surprise he was happy to crack on with the job there and then until completion, sorted, no messing! Definitely recommend!
