  Chimney deconstruction and reconstruction

  We’ve had three jobs completed by Marvel Roofing - fixing of broken tiles on the roof, ridge tiles on our garage blown off by storms, and most recently a complete destruction and reconstruction of our leaking chimney. Great service, polite, manages expectation well (timings don’t always go according to plan), gives choices, trustworthy and tidy, and sticks to quote.

  Chimney Cowls repair

  Both of our chimneys needed repairs and adjustment to how the gas flue liners were attached to the chimney pots. Since this work was carried out we no longer have the rainwater ingress were experiencing. We thoroughly recommend Marvel Roofing & Building Limited.

  Replacement roof, soffits, fascias and guttering

  A first class service by Marvel Roofing from the quote to the finished job. Our roof, gutters, soffits and fascias all needed replacing and we decided to install solar panels at the same time. Jason came in with a competitive quote for the replacement roof and was flexible to unexpected challenges of the job. This included an unplanned 2 week delay by the solar panels installers just as the work was starting, which Jason and his team worked around. They even installed some nest boxes we ordered while the scaffolding was up. The new roof looks fantastic!

  Garage Roof

  Had an unfortunate experience with New View Property Care re-coating a peeling wet garage roof which started leaking like a sieve so I needed this sorted urgently. Jason came around within the hour and within the week stripped off what was now a congealing mess, fitted and screwed down a new 18mm OSB timber deck, covered roof and fixed down a new EPDM membrane and fitted kerb edge trims and gutter trims around the edges, removing all rubbish and leaving things clean and tidy. Really impressed with the quality of the work done rectifying what was a disastrous situation with the garage roof.

  Fitting a dry verge to gables
