  Buildasad supplied a quote for painting my window sills. I found them to be very polite and helpful. I decided not to proceed for reasons that have nothing to do with them but I will probably ask them to do the work next year.

  Redecoration and new carpeting

  Our let property needed redecoration and carpeting within a tight timescale as new tenants were moving in. We were surprised and relieved when Ali took such a personal interest and adopted a can-do attitude – especially helpful as we live 90 miles away. Our expectations were exceeded. The redecorations were to a very good standard and completed on time. The carpet too was suitable and of good quality. At every stage, Ali was courteous and took nothing for granted. Additional external building works were also completed in the same professional way. No hesitation in recommending Buildasad.

  Lay new carpet throughout two bedroom flat and replace bath panel

  Ali was very helpful in recommending the most appropriate carpet. Competetive quotation. Carpet laid beautifully with all the appropriate door strips etc. Cleaned away all the bits and pieces afterwards. Also replaced a a bath panel that needed replacing and again did a very neat job. Buildasad can clearly carry out a range of property maintenance work to a high standard at prices that appear reasonable to me. I have used them before (for a painting job) and I will certainly use them again.

  To repaint the kitchen ceiling which had been damaged by water ingress.

  Ali has been thoroughly professional throughout the entire process. He visited, provided a quote and explained what would be required to repair and repaint the affected area. Once the quote was accepted by the insurers, we agreed a start date. The team arrived at the agreed time and ran through exactly how they would complete the job. They used covers and plastic sheeting to protect the surrounding area. The job was finished ahead of time and the area left clean and tidy. It is a very nice finish (with walls painted to match). I would not hesitate to recommend the BuildAsad team.

  Removal of mould and painting of flat

  I am very happy with the extensive painting work done in my rental flat. The quote given was detailed and specified exactly what would be done. It was also a pleasure to deal with Mohammed and Ali. Ali kept me informed and was very flexible. They collected the keys from my letting agent and everything went smoothly. The work was done quickly and efficiently. It’s difficult when you are not at the property and I found the detailed videos and photos incredibly helpful. They also do repairs and recently unblocked a sink for me. Again this was efficiently done. I intend to be a repeat customer.
