Great service, easy communication

This guy was amazing. Quick to respond, explained everything along the way. He went to great lengths to find what was needed as our door is quite old. Reasonable cost, very happy customers and would absolutely recommend.

Mason was highly professional and knowledgeable. He gave his honest professional opinion about what locks I needed/didn’t need and this helped me make an informed decision on the work. I feel much happier in my home knowing all the locks are to a high standard - with Mason even adjusting the placement so that each mechanism fit perfectly and asking me to give them a try to see if I was satisfied with it. Highly recommended :)
