I was really pleased with the job Mason from Maslocksmiths did for us in changing our window locking system. He was quick to respond and straightforward with the likely costs. I was delighted with his friendly but professional approach to us and we will definitely recommend him to friends. In all we were treated fairly and the cost was very reasonable. Mason also adjusted another window and door so they closed easily again (without charge) Well done Mason and thanks.

Mason came out at short notice to deal with an emergency lock change. He was efficient, friendly and polite. Reasonable charge out fee.

He was brilliant! HIGHLY RECOMMEND The front door decided at about 7.30 pm that it wasn't going to close so it was an emergency as whatever we did made no difference. I made a request and he contacted me very quickly, agreed to come to the house immediately and told me what his labour cost would be.He was very pleasant, friendly and professional. he job took him longer than it should have done because of all the layers of paint which had built up (it is an old door which has been painted a number of times!) and had to be scraped off. Nevertheless he still only charged the sum he had quoted.
