Contacted Mason Pest Control regarding a wasps nest. I received a response to my message within a couple of hours. Dave arrived as planned and dealt with the nest very quickly and efficiently. Very happy with the work that was carried out with ant nest in cavity wall. Got appointment on same day and was left with extra bait - but doesn’t look like it’s needed - thorough job done. I called Masons about a wasps nest that was becoming somewhat alarming on the side of my house, and they were able to fit me in within 24 hours. Paul was prompt, polite and informative and dealt with the problem quickly and efficiently. Hi we have used Dave Mason and his team for over ten years for all pest control - from mice to ants, moths, rats and more recently squirrel control! He is always easy to deal with, punctual, efficient, his charges are reasonable and most importantly, he gets the problem sorted. He is always realistic about what's possible and what's needed in terms of treatment. He follows up and revisits when he says he will. And if he can deal with a pest in a humane way, he will.
