replaced a very old flush in a toilet, and a mechanical plug in a sink
originally I thought the quote was a bit high, but they offerd to do the work there and then, including the sink plug for a little extra. thebl the job took them a long time as fittings old. good value

Broken bathroom tap and low hot water pressure.
These guys were excellent, called within a couple of the job being posted and said they could attend the same morning. Arrived around 90 minutes later and completed the job in just over half an hour. They replaced the damaged tap and also solved the problem we had with the low speed the hot water ran at, which had lasted for years. All in, a great job and would happily recommend.

Needed a new kitchen tap replaced.
Masoud called me within 2 minutes from me posting the ad. Was round within 2 hours and kept me up to date with how long he’d be. Job done within 30 mins. Great job!

Incompetent
Seemed to do a reasonable job, then machine started leaking. Contacted him and not interested. Had machine replaced and found se ere damage to flooring and John Lewis installers reported that wrong connector had been used. Requested refund-awaiting reply.

quick reply to my request, I can only stress that the guys were very friendly and polite, they got on with the job and when they finished cleaned up and left the place spotless! I would recommend them anytime for excellent work at a reasonable cost.
