Incompetent
Seemed to do a reasonable job, then machine started leaking. Contacted him and not interested. Had machine replaced and found se ere damage to flooring and John Lewis installers reported that wrong connector had been used. Repair toilet and sink in en-suite bathroom. Replace shower taps in bathroom.
Masoud quickly responded to my request for plumbing help. He arrived, he assessed the problem, proposed a solution and quotation for the work and a timescale for the work. All very politely and everything was acceptable. On the day of the job, he was delayed but updated me very well. He finished the initial task efficiently and effectively, moving onto the second and third parts of the job really smoothly and wasted no time. He was very tidy and cleared up after himself.
