We are so pleased with the work Rafal carried out. He modified our kitchen layout, fitted a brand new kitchen, nee downstairs toilet and changed the positions of windows and doors. From start to finish, he was incredibly hardworking and reliable, sticking to the agreed schedule and going above and beyond to get everything just right. We feel is is also someone you can really trust – plus, we had a good laugh along the way, which made the process so much easier. The quality of his work is excellent, and we couldn’t be happier with the result. Highly recommend!

Rafal is a perfectionist who carries out all his tasks with a happy disposition. His skills are great and I love it that he thinks outside the box. Unfortunately he had to work with me trying to save the planet and use second hand items which he graciously did however where there were items that wouldn’t stand the test of time he asked me to get a new item. He is very skilled with nothing being out of his skill set. He is polish and has a great work ethic. I highly recommend him.

Rafal recently completed a full refurb on a project we acquired. Rafal is very hardworking and gave us various options on any challenges or unseen things that popped up. He was able to stick to his original quote and completed in a timely matter. We are very happy with the results and would use Rafal again for future projects and recommend. 👍

Previously had Raf out to do some plastering after water damage and repair an unsightly hole in my kitchen wall, he was prompt, polite, friendly, communicated well, all the things you'd want from a businessman :) it was noticed our firewall needed serious repair. Rafal and Adrien were dedicated even in not amazing weather, went above and beyond and I'll be honest Raf is a perfectionist, has amazing work ethic, and loves his work. My husband and I love his videos he provides! And they went above and beyond to leave everything immaculate when they left. Can't rate enough.

Rafel and his team was not only skilled and knowledgeable but also incredibly courteous and respectful of my home. They took the time to understand my vision and needs, offering valuable suggestions and solutions that enhanced the final outcome. Communication throughout the project was excellent. They adhered to the agreed timeline and budget, which made the entire experience stress-free and enjoyable.

May 2024 Kitchen extension with Rafal / Master Builder Services. We were impressed with the recent and glowing references of Rafal, and we’re pleased to add to them! Rafal completed the work in 5 weeks. He worked bank holidays and some weekends, and late nights as deadlines occurred and I do not think he missed a day on site working. Rafal has high standards and ensures you are happy and there are no misunderstandjngs. He’s skilled and pragmatic and helped to make the 5 weeks as easy. We will use him again and recommend him without hesistation. We are delighted with our kitchen!
