I live in whickham and this company was recommended to me by my neighbour when I had an issue with both interior and exterior doors leaving my house insecure. I rang them and a fitter rang and arranged a visit to me within 4 hours. I needed further work and arrangements were made for him to return the following day. The work was superb and carried out professionally. I am more than happy to recommend both the work and the professionalism of the staff and at reasonable cost. Good to have a local company you can rely on.

From the first contact with Graham everything was done very professionally while being friendly at the same time. As an 82 year old widow I was worried but there was no pushy sales pitch just genuine quotes and advice. Booked a date that was convenient. had a problem with my upvc front door , master glaze came out and informed me what the problem was and would order the parts . Graham came back within a few days and repaired the door now working the way it should. cant fault the service from master glaze.
