I couldn't open my garage door. Oliver arrived and solved the problem immediately. He then went on to give all three locks a thorough check and repaired all problems he found. Before leaving he checked that I could open the door myself. this above average service.

Great service, arrived within about 20 mins of my call to help get me back into my house. Really friendly and quick. Hopefully won’t need an emergency locksmith again, but if I do I’ll use these guys!

Marvellous service l had locked myself out and as l work for public services l really couldn’t phone in late. The gentleman arrived as promised in three quarters of a hour and job was done efficiently and quickly!!! This company helped some one else in my block too and was just the same. I wonder if they know what a difference they make to people when they are worried and locked out ! Incidentally the price was reasonable as quoted Thsnk you again

Paul was extremely helpful in arranging the replacement of the locks on my front door. Communication throughout was clear, responsive, and patient, which made the whole process feel straightforward and well managed. ***** Highly Recommended ***** Had an urgent job in Croydon to replace locks after a burglary and gotten a few quotes. So glad I chose Master Locksmiths. They were courteous and efficienct and the gave me invaluable guidance without trying to upsell locks, which were unnecessary, and explained things to me in a way which is so rare these days. Not only that, but their price was almost 50% cheaper like for like than one and 20% less than another. Brilliant company and local firm which i think you have to support these days over the big corporate firms trying to disrupt the market. 5 star

Imagine being locked out of your house when your key suddenly won't work and your insurance company says your not covered. Master Locksmiths were fantastic. They were there within ten minutes and got it sorted. Can't praise the people and company enough. Excellent
