9.5Verified ReviewVery friendly but not pushy sales chap went through everything and helped us choose the colour to go with our house. The guys who came to do our patio were very tidy and polite. Only took a couple of days It was a total transformation in our back garden! We love sitting outside now thank you master seal!

Master seal solutions were recommended to us, we did get a couple of other quotes in, although master seal were on the top end for price We are very pleased with the common courtesy they have, we even had a call from Mark who works from the office a few days after the completion thanking for our business Great experience all round The car park looks amazing Thank you

5Verified ReviewFirstly, there is not enough character allowance to explain my experience in detail so I'll give the main points. DO NOT USE MASTERSEAL. DO NOT GIVE A DEPOSIT TO MASTERSEAL. I'll explain why. A rep calls and you agree a price and date, the date is going to be a lot longer than 2 weeks from the date of agreement. The reason for this is because nobody is coming on the agreed date and you cannot ask for your money back because you are "past the 2 weeks of us being legally obliged to give you your money back" (their words). So you have to let them do it, in their time. Which is, well, their time.
