Sam promptly answered my request for urgent work to find an electrical fault that, among other things, affected the fridge and freezer; a real worry in this hot weather. As promised, he gave me 30 minutes' notice of his arrival. He was very pleasant and efficient, keeping me informed of what he was doing to find the fault, at each stage. He subsequently successfully rectified the fault and took time to check all electrical equipment was working satisfactorily. I would thoroughly recommend Master Spark Ltd.
