Tradesmen arrived on time. Job completed with no issues.

Initial meeting was alright. Came out to give a quote. After visiting I received the quote and asked when I would be ready. I gave them dates. The dates passed and I hadn’t heard from them. I asked if they’re still interested in the job but was ghosted.

Reacted quickly to my job request and came at the time they said they were going to. Really nice guys who got the job done in 48 hours including getting the replacement unit. Great job and tidied away afterwards as well.

Unjammed and repaired my UPVC window. Turned up when advertised, did the job quickly, charged a reasonable price. What more could I ask for

They were just very quick and professional, whilst also being friendly and helpful. They took off the old cat flap and put on the new one.
