    I need more than 600 characters! From the start Lewis was empathic and patient; I knew exactly what I wanted whilst having no idea of what I wanted!! He took my muddled ideas and made sense of them! The workmanship is perfect and top quality..I was excited coming home daily to see how my small, old, tatty bathroom was metamorphosising into a deceptively larger, new, sleek bathroom; I loved it! They were the opposite of disruptive!..they respected my home and the challenges it gave them Their mantra of 'Big enough to cope, small enough to care' sums them up perfectly! I can't thank them enough

    From first contact Lewis replied to my enquiry all most immediately; this can not be said for the other 6 trades I contacted. From arranging a date to come and view after giving suggestions for us to think about before our first meeting. The plans were put in place with a professional contract signed and furniture and fittings ordered. From the first day Lewis, Harley and Tony turned up and transformed the tired old ensuite in to an amazing space exactly as envisaged. Can not recommend this company enough, clean and tidy and meticulous in every way. Totally recommended, give them a call!

    Quality finish was achieved, there were problems with leaking plumbing joints they never tried to repair they just replaced at their own expense. They turned up everyday until the job was complete also they offer advice if they see a better alternative to save space and they always consulted us on any changes design changes they needed to make

At Mast Innovations Ltd we have over a 20 years experience in all aspects of Plumbing, Heating and Tiling, and are fully experienced in our field.


We have consistently grown since we started our company, and we were only able to do this through our great customer service and recommendations. We are a privately owned business which means that we are big enough to manage all types of jobs, but still small enough to care about all of our customers, and treat them as individuals rather than a number.


Our main goal is simple. To offer a great service at an affordable price.


At Mast Innovations Ltd we also offer a full supply and fit service if required for our customers. The reason we do this is because over the years we have found customers don’t always enjoy using their spare time to visit several places to try and find what they like. To add to this, they aren’t always sure if what they are looking for is suitable. As such, we are able to take the stress and inconvenience away from them by offering this extra service using our expertise, at no additional cost.
