The engineer was quick to respond to my problem. He diagnosed the problem and and then was able to order the parts to remedy the situation. He was very polite, punctual and informative about the problem.

I went on the checkatrade website to look for someone who could look at my fridge freezer. Mr Matib was contacted and within a couple of hours he was able to come over and sought out the problem. I thought I would have to purchase a new one but thankfully he was able to change a part. It works perfectly now. He left me his card and because of his great workmanship I will be sure to use him as and when required. I would highly recommend him to anyone needing their appliances fixed. His charges we reasonable and not at all pricey. He was punctual and any mess he made he cleaned up after himself
